Why Write

To Prisoners?

Because you could make the difference in their lives. Studies show that an incarcerated person with connections to the outside world, such as a pen pals or a church family, are 6 times less likely to offend within the first year after release. Writing to prisoners can make a significant impact  in their daily life, sense of determination, feelings of hope and the rehabilitation process. Your help in prison correspondence also means reducing recidivism.

Writing to prisoners can lead to positive changes in the lives of both pen pals. Discover the rewarding experience of touching the lives of misguided people in need of care.
